Welcome to partner.eknowledg.in. By applying for a district partnership or using our services, you (The Partner/User) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of Partnership
Non-Franchise Model: The Partner acknowledges that eKnowledge Education operates on a "Service Provider" and "Licensing" model. We do not charge a "Franchise Fee" for the brand name, but rather a fee for legal documentation, digital infrastructure (Website/Email), and certification services.
Independent Operation: The Partner is an independent contractor. No employer-employee relationship is created. The Partner is responsible for their own local taxes, rent, and staff salaries.
2. District ExclusivityTerritory Rights: eKnowledge Education aims to appoint only one (1) primary partner per district to prevent local competition.
Duration: Exclusivity is maintained as long as the Partner remains active and adheres to the minimum student enrollment guidelines (if applicable).
3. Financial TermsRevenue Retention: The Partner is entitled to keep 100% of the tuition fees collected from students for training.
Service Fees: The Partner agrees to pay eKnowledge Education for:Initial Legal & Digital Setup (One-time).
Annual Website/Google Workspace Maintenance.
Pre-agreed Examination and Certification fees per student.
Non-Refundability: Fees paid for documentation, digital setup, or processed certifications are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property & BrandingBrand Usage: The Partner is authorized to use the eKnowledge Education logo and name only as an "Authorized Training Center."
Prohibited Acts: The Partner shall not alter the logo or represent themselves as the "Head Office" or "Sole Owner" of the eKnowledge trademark.
Website: The sub-domain provided (e.g., city.eknowledg.in) remains the property of the Trust and is licensed to the Partner.
5. Course Standards & CertificationSyllabus: The Partner must follow the curriculum provided by eKnowledge Education for all certified courses (PGDCA, DCA, etc.).
Exam Integrity: Exams must be conducted via the official partner.eknowledg.in portal. Any attempt to issue manual or unauthorized certificates will lead to immediate termination of the license.
Validity: eKnowledge Education guarantees the validity of certificates issued through the official portal, backed by our MSME and NITI Aayog registrations.
6. Code of ConductEthical Marketing: The Partner must not make false promises regarding "Guaranteed Government Jobs" to students.
Compliance: The Partner must comply with all local, state, and central government regulations regarding the operation of an educational center.
7. Termination of AgreementeKnowledge Education reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately without notice if:The Partner engages in fraudulent certification practices.
The Partner fails to pay the required examination or digital maintenance fees.
The Partner brings disrepute to the Trust through unethical business practices.
8. Dispute ResolutionAll disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
